At Lotion, Shave Cream & More, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging and securely seal the box to prevent any leaks or damage during the transit process.

• 3.
  Apply the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
